Are y'all reading Mommy Life? I'm new there, personally! I loved Lord, Meet Me in the Laundry Room, by Barbra Curtis, and Mommy Life is her blog. She's having a contest where you send in a picture of yourself in your laundry room, and you can win her book. I have the book, but sent one in anyway, and NOW...

I.... AM.... Laundry Room Mom #19!! I am so honored. Click here to see it!

During the photographing of L.R.M.#19, the following occurred:

Ethan-5yr complained numerous times about how sweaty-hot he was. (We'd been using the dryer right up until then.)

Caden-2yr was in the washer, but then got out

Seth-4mth drooled on Ethan-5yr's head, causing more complaints

Kim-11yr was not at home

The cat came in to use his box, which is also in the laundry room. We were thrilled.

Mike laid on the floor to get the correct angle.

The camera batteries died and had to be replaced.

It took two different ladders to get me up there.

I disturbed many dustbunnies, but was pleased at the lack of spiders or other bugs.
